TARIFFS / CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Our TARIFFS are as follows:

Double / Twin Room £70 per room per night. (Single Occupancy £60.00)
Single Room £55.00 per room per night
Family Room £85.00 for two occupants (Single Occupancy £80.00)
     (Can sleep 2 adults + 3 / 4 children * as per extra supplements below)

*Supplements for children -
                                    Age 2 or less: nil
                                    Age 3 to 14 : £ 8.00
                                    Age 14+ : £15.00

The supplements are, in the main, added to cover laundry and breakfasts only.

Some double rooms can also fit an extra single bed in for a child. We also have cots and high chairs available. (subject to availabilty.) Please check with the hotel at time of booking.

Check In / Out

Check In is from 12 noon to 9pm. Please advise if you intend arriving later.

Check Out is from 7:30am to 11am

We serve bar meals all week, lunch times and evenings, and our Restaurant is open from 6:30pm to 9pm each evening, with a wide varied menu choice, as well as Sunday lunchtime from 12:00noon to 2:30pm, when you can choose from our special Sunday lunch menu which normally has a choice of three roasts, as well as our comprehensive Restaurant menu

All the above prices are ROOM prices, not per person, and include full Scottish breakfast.

At specific times we also have a limited number of rooms on offer for 3 or more days Dinner bed & Breakfast deals.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that a 10% charge on the total cost of your booking is payable on confirmation of your booking. Confirmation is either written, electronic, or verbal, by giving Credit /debit card details. The Hotel reserves the right to take the deposit at any time from the bookng being made and the guests check out. All cancellations will incur a deposit charge.

Should your booking change the Hotel reserves the right to charge this to your card should alternative guests not be found. This applies to length of stay or Room Type required. In multiple room reservations, where a room or rooms are cancelled the deposit (or other charges) can not be offset against the total bill for the remaining rooms

If these changes are made within 48 hours of your arrival then the total cost of the first night will be charged in addition to the deposit taken for subsequent nights (if applicable), and if the cancellation is made within 24 hours then the total cost will be taken for the second night of your stay along with the deposit for subsequent nights (if applicable).

As we are a small family business we will make every effort to resell any rooms cancelled and if successful we will waive the cancellation charges.     If we are not successful we will however deduct from the total due any savings made through the room not being used. This takes the form of laundry, breakfasts etc.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOTEL IS TOTALLY NON-SMOKING BY LAW AND A CHARGE WILL BE MADE OF £240.00 FOR ANY CUSTOMER FOUND SMOKING IN THE BEDROOMS. THIS IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OUR GUESTS AND IN LINE WITH THE SCOTTISH HEALTH EXECUTIVE. ALSO THE GUEST MAY BE LIABLE TO PROSECUTION, INCURRING A FURTHER £50.00 FINE.
